30 Days Challenge!

yesterday I watched the TED videos from youtube. TED is a group of people who always brand new Idea every week,every kind of idea. And last episode that I watched talking about 30 days challenge.


This idea is founded by hmmm.. I don't remember his name,but I know his story. He used to be a fatty man,old looking and he was a computer nerd. But someday his life changed,when he red about this idea from american philosopher ( damn,I forget his name too). Actually,this idea is talking about the challanges that we must finished it in 30 days.


So we must make a goal list in our note,and we must do it everyday until 30days and the idea is must be a new kind from your activity. his goal is :


1.bike to work

2. make 100.000 steps everyday

and 1 substraction,that is No Sugar in 30 days

and he did it everyday!

Now he looks younger and more slimmer than before!

This is a great idea,doing this idea will make our daily more memorable than usual. And have you ever think about your day? what are you doing everyday in your whole life? have you make some difference in your daily activity? I dare you to do this challange and we'll look the result next month!


nb: my goal is


1.write 1500 words per day

2. read a new book 20 minutes every day

3. post 1 article on my blog everyday,more is better :)
